Dairy Products

Meadow Foods operates in three key dairy markets:

- fresh dairy products;
- sweetened dairy products; and
- milk supply and milk balancing.

We work closely with dairy farmers to secure supplies of quality British milk. Some of this is sold directly to milk packers and a large proportion of our turnover is driven by long-term milk sales to the liquid milk market.

The remainder is used in our own state-of-the-art dairy processing sites. As the UK's leading supplier of dairy ingredients, we produce a variety of fresh dairy products and sweetened dairy products including cream, butter, yoghurt, chocolate crumb and sweetened condensed milk.

Many blue-chip food manufacturers see Meadow Foods as a key partner for their business and rely on our dairy products for use in everything from ready meals and chocolate bars to soups and sauces.
