Homogenised Milk
Whole, Semi and Skimmed Homogenised cow's milk, processed to differing fat level in formats applicable for large scale food production.
Skim Concentrates
Skim Concentrate is produced through sophisticated reverse osmosis technology resulting in a highly concentrated skim and protein ingredient. It is available with 30% or 35% solids. Used in production of fresh products such as ice cream, yoghurt and for milk powder production.
Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF)
AMF is produced from fresh cream, contains 99.8% butterfat, 0.02% moisture and has no additives. It provides excellent structure for efficient storage and transportation of butterfat. AMF is used in the manufacture of chocolate, ice cream and spreadable butters.
Butter
Butter is churned from fresh cream and is available in salted, unsalted or lactic varieties. Each type of butter will give differing flavour, preservative and mechanical qualities. Butter is an essential ingredient for application in products such as cakes, pastries, sauces and soups.
Creams
Made from 40% fresh cream which is processed and standardised into a range of fat variants (18%-48%). Fresh cream adds viscosity, richness and indulgence to products such as ready meals, desserts, soups and many other foods.
Crême Fraîche
Culture is added to fresh cream to induce fermentation and then the product is incubated. Crême Fraîche is an increasingly popular ingredient and it adds piquancy, viscosity and a distinctive flavour to food products in a healthier format than cream.
Cultured Products
A range of of cultured products are manufactured from Low Fat, Bio, Natural and Greek Style Yoghurts through to Sour Cream and Fromage Frais. Often used as a healthy alternative to cream for dips, sauces and desserts.
