Meadow Foods is the UK's only independent manufacturer of chocolate crumb and sweetened condensed dairy products.

Our Holme Moor manufacturing site in Yorkshire produces more than 10,000 tonnes each of chocolate crumb and sweetened condensed products every year.

Chocolate Crumb

A careful blend of refined sugar, milk and cocoa is dried to create a crumb like powder. Available with cocoa addition of 6.8% or 13%. It is used to give a distinctive caramelised flavour to chocolate goods and chocolate flavoured goods.

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Sweetened Condensed Milk is produced by adding refined sugar to milk, which is then evaporated to 73% solids. It is available in full fat (8% fat) or skimmed (0.5% fat) varieties and is used by confectioners to produce toffee, caramel, fudge and similar products.
